General Information:

Artwork:
We accept files in CorelDraw X3, Illustrator CS3, InDesign CS3 and Quark Xpress 6.5.  Other acceptable file formats are:  bmp, jpg, gif, pds, pdf, or tiff.  Digital vector artwork is preferred and may be submitted via e-mail or on a CD.  Raster artwork will be accepted but may incur an art charge in order to bring it up to acceptable standards for imprinting.  When applicable, send fonts or convert text to curves.  All submitted art should have a copy sent along for verification purposes.  Artwork can be e-mailed to artwork@id-line.com or macart@id-line.com.  Please consult factory with any questions.
Name lists should be provided in an Excel spreadsheet or Word document - via e-mail or on a CD in order to avoid spelling errors. Names will be imprinted just as you submit them. Lists of names should be submitted in alphabetical order to avoid additional hourly art charges for alphabetizing.  This is necessary to facilitate order sorting and verification. 

 

 

Proofs:
No additional charge for paper or electronic proof.  Consult factory for price and delivery if pre-production samples are required.

 

 

Colors:
Standard etched and printed colors are shown below.  These would only be an approximate color reference as the actual colors may vary depending upon the background they are print on.

 

 

 

For special color matches send a sample or provide the PMS number.  Special color and PMS color matches require an additional charge of $66.70 (U) per color.

 

 

 

Delivery:
Standard delivery on most products is 2 weeks.  “Quick Turn” delivery of 5 business days is available on selected products.  Expedited delivery is available – consult factory for timing and costs.   All delivery times are based upon the receipt of approved proofs.

 

 

Overruns and Underruns:
Quantity shipped may vary 5% from quantity ordered and will be billed accordingly.  Consult factory for exact quantity pricing.

 

 

Shipping Information:
All prices are F.O.B. from our North Texas facility and are shipped via UPS or most economical/practical method.  A “split-shipment” charge of $5.35 (U) per location will be added to the basic shipping costs for shipments with multiple locations.

 

 

Cancellations or changes:
Upon cancellation or change to an order prior to completion, all costs incurred will be assessed plus a flat cancellation fee of $66.70 (U) per order.

 

 

Union Logo:
Available with proper authorization for preproduction by a non-union shop.

 

 

Custom Quotes:
Other sizes, shapes, quantities and materials not listed on this website are available upon request. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Charges for art, typesetting or color separations will be quoted at $73.45 (U) per hour.
